- Never share sensitive information: Do not disclose ATM / Card (Debit/Credit/Prepaid), Passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, UPI PINs to anyone.
- Avoid using public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks for financial transactions.
- Do not store important banking data on mobile phones, email, or wallets.
- If your credentials are compromised, immediately lock your user access.
- Ensure your system has up-to-date Antivirus and Anti-Spyware software.
- Regularly review your bank statements and keep your contact details updated to receive transaction alerts.

📱 Safe Mobile Banking:
- Beware of SIM swapping attacks. If you receive unexpected messages about SIM changes, contact your network provider and update your banking passwords immediately.
- Keep your mobile operating system and apps updated.
- Install security software from trusted providers and keep it updated.
- Always password-protect your device using a secure PIN or biometric authentication.
- Enable auto-lock and avoid leaving your phone unlocked.
- Download apps only from trusted sources like Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Review app permissions and features before installing. Some apps may misuse your personal data.
- Disable Wi-Fi when not in use.
- Enable security features like encryption, remote wipe, and location tracking on your device.
- Log out of your mobile banking app after each use and close the window.
- Hide your screen while entering passwords in public places to avoid shoulder surfing.
- Never enable auto-fill or save passwords for mobile banking apps.
- Do not click on suspicious links received via SMS or WhatsApp.

Request to block mobile banking access until your device is recovered or replaced.
- Clear your browser cache, temporary files, and history regularly to protect stored data.
- Do not use rooted or jailbroken devices for online banking. These are more vulnerable to attacks.
- While using UPI:
- Never enter your UPI PIN to receive money.
- Always verify the payee name, VPA, and transaction type before proceeding. Reject if unsure.
- Avoid scanning QR codes sent by strangers on WhatsApp or SMS.
